alright here are the main steps to achieve that hairstyle:
1. first, was your hair with shampoo made for that specific hair type, such as curles and waves shampoo by herbal essances.
2. You towel dry your hair and apply hair gel, or moose( whatever you prefer) that works well with the style you are trying to achieve. Try Herbal essances. They have a range of mooses and gels that work.
3. Next, blow dry your hair with a diffuser, going of your hair lightly on medium speed so your hair doesnt touch the hair dryer exactly.
4. After words you can take a straightning iron, or just a plain curling iron, and go over the pieces with it. ( With the straightning iron, just wrap the hair around it.)
