I need to make my hair look like Paris Hiltons' for tomorrow?

I need to make my hair look like Paris Hiltons' for tomorrow because its celebrity day at my school. Yes, I know she isn't the best role model, but everyone says I look like her so I figured I might as well dress up like her. I have naturally blonde, thick hair. I love the way she does her hair, but I do not know how to pull this off. Instructions and pictures would be great. Any other advice would be wonderful as well. Thanks so much.

That isn't really her hair. Her real hair is a little below her chin, and she wears extensions. But if your hair is really that long, then go for it.

Maybe borrow some extensions from somebody, make big 360 curls, or loose waves. Look at her pictures and use your imagination.

Or if you straighten your hair, don't straighten it so it can look something like this:

You will need to start putting some anti frizz smoothing cream in your hair and blow drying it after showering. Then use a flat iron on it. Start by clipping most of hair up, leaving only the bottom layer down. straighten that, let some more down, straighten it, until you are all down. Then spay some hairspray on a brush and run it through your hair to smooth out any frizzies, spraying the brush every few strokes. Good luck.
